I do not direct bill to insurance companies. You will receive an emailed receipt that you can self submit for reimbursement. A credit card on file is required.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to 50% of the session fee and no show appointments are subject to 100% of the fee to be paid by the client before booking a subsequent appointment.
