Knead to Stretch Therapeutic Care

First visit appointments are 60 minutes in length and will consist of an in depth review of your intake form and assessment to understand your mechanics and identify areas to focus care. 

Followed by treatment tailored to address your specific needs and guidance for follow up and home care.

First Visit

Massage therapy treatment on a table with chest and belly cutouts, allowing you to lay prone comfortably and safely.

Prenatal Massage

Therapeutic massage consists of a combination of Swedish, myofascial and deep tissue techniques tailored specifically to the needs and comfort level of the client. Other modalities such as cupping, IASTM and kinesiology taping may also be used.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage and/or table stretching reserved for those 12 and under, followed by guidance for home care.

Massage Therapy - Child 12 & under

FST is a passive form of stretching using straps to anchor you to the table. It is a pain free method to manipulate, lengthen, reorganize and realign your fascia. You are fully clothed in athletic attire for this service.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

This service consists of deep tissue massage followed by fascial stretch therapy. Please wear athletic attire for this service.

Massage + Stretch

Yogassage blends restorative yoga with massage and gentle movements. With the use of supportive props and soothing hands on techniques, you will feel your tension melt away and your aches ease. This service is performed on a yoga mat and can be submitted to insurance as therapeutic massage.
