Knead to Stretch Therapeutic Care

Therapeutic massage consists of a combination of Swedish, myofascial and deep tissue techniques tailored specifically to the needs and comfort level of the client. Other modalities such as cupping, IASTM and kinesiology taping may also be used.

Massage Therapy

This treatment incorporates gua sha, facial cupping, hot towels, ice globes and the locally crafted natural DesBray skincare line to support circulation, tissue health, and relaxation. 30mins will be spent on the upper back and shoulders and 30 mins focused on the face and neck. Clients can expect to leave feeling restored, refreshed and glowing.

Therapeutic Facial

FST is a passive form of stretching using straps to anchor you to the table. It is a pain free method to manipulate, lengthen, reorganize and realign your fascia. You are fully clothed in athletic attire for this service.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Therapeutic massage and/or table stretching reserved for those 12 and under, followed by guidance for home care.

Massage Therapy - Youth 15 & under

Massage therapy treatment on a table with chest and belly cutouts, allowing you to lay prone comfortably and safely.

Prenatal Massage

Yogassage blends restorative yoga with massage and gentle movements. With the use of supportive props and soothing hands on techniques, you will feel your tension melt away and your aches ease. This service is performed on a yoga mat and can be submitted to insurance as therapeutic massage for partial reimbursement. 

Can also be booked in groups of 2-3 individuals. Please email to book group sessions.
